Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and in-depth interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Source and recruit talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for our client base in Colorado Springs.
- Manage the onboarding process for temporary and contract workers to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with branch managers to understand client needs and adjust staffing strategies accordingly.
- Update applicant tracking systems with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
