Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, hospitality, and event clients
- Screen and qualify candidates through virtual interviews and assessments
- Manage real-time shift coverage and emergency staffing requests
- Utilize ATS systems to maintain accurate candidate databases
- Conduct onboarding sessions for weekend temporary staff
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless workflow continuity
- Generate weekly staffing performance reports for clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing or recruitment coordination
- Proven weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-6pm)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong interpersonal skills with diverse populations
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of DC labor regulations preferred
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field
