Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for weekend shift positions across Seattle's healthcare, hospitality, and logistics sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their weekend staffing needs and preferences
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and role compatibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including onboarding and documentation
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social platforms to identify passive candidates
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment strategies and fill critical weekend roles
- Track key metrics and provide weekly reports on recruitment progress
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience with weekend shift placement expertise
- Proven track record of sourcing candidates for healthcare, hospitality, or logistics roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
- Valid Washington state driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including Saturdays and Sundays
