- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, and onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough background checks and reference verifications for weekend staff
- Coordinate shift scheduling and payroll documentation for weekend assignments
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate databases
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates during weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment or staffing industry experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with weekend availability
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
