Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend assignments in healthcare, logistics, and light industrial sectors
- Conduct rapid-response interviews and background verifications for urgent staffing needs
- Manage real-time scheduling coordination between clients and weekend workforce
- Onboard new temporary staff with comprehensive orientation and documentation
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Resolve staffing issues proactively with 24/7 on-call weekend support
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure continuity of service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management
- Strong bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
