Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure roles
- Proactive sourcing using Boolean strings, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Manage 15-20 concurrent requisitions with 30-day average time-to-fill
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview panels
- Implement diversity hiring strategies and inclusive sourcing techniques
- Track metrics in ATS (Greenhouse) and optimize recruitment funnel weekly
- Conduct technical phone screens and coordinate interview logistics
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience (SaaS, FinTech, or Enterprise SaaS preferred)
- Expert knowledge of Denver tech market and competitive compensation benchmarks
- Proficiency with modern ATS platforms and recruitment marketing tools
- Ability to assess technical skills for mid/senior-level engineering roles
- Strong negotiation skills and offer management experience
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent certification a plus
- Portfolio demonstrating successful placements in Colorado tech ecosystem
