Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for weekend-shift positions across Tampa Bay area
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews on weekends with flexible scheduling
- Manage applicant tracking system and maintain candidate pipelines
- Coordinate temporary-to-hire placements for healthcare and logistics clients
- Process payroll documentation and compliance paperwork
- Build relationships with weekend shift supervisors at client sites
- Source passive candidates through weekend job fairs and community events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing or recruitment experience
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-6pm)
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong communication skills with diverse populations
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in healthcare or logistics staffing preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
