Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years in staffing, recruitment, or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Memphis area residency preferred
