Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and manufacturing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting, interviewing, and onboarding placements
- Utilize ATS systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in Colorado Springs
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Maintain compliance with all federal and state employment regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting placement KPIs in a competitive market
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
