Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across 15+ client locations in Sacramento
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates for weekend shift roles
- Manage real-time scheduling adjustments and emergency staffing requests
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with weekend staff and client managers
- Implement retention strategies for weekend employees through engagement initiatives
- Track staffing metrics and optimize weekend shift coverage efficiency
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure consistent service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing or recruitment experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling in fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse candidates
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
- Knowledge of Sacramento's labor market and industry trends
- Certification in Staffing and Recruiting (CSR) preferred
