Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with optimal roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including onboarding and performance tracking
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using digital platforms and networking
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve quarterly placement targets
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Strong network and connections within El Paso's job market
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
