- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Post job openings on multiple platforms and manage applicant tracking systems
- Facilitate the interview scheduling process between candidates and clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients
