Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for weekend shift positions in high-demand industries
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments on weekends

- Manage candidate onboarding and documentation processes

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven success in placing candidates for weekend/shift-based roles
