Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift positions in Austin's key industries
- Conduct virtual interviews and skill assessments on Saturdays/Sundays
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses for weekend staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines through our proprietary ATS platform
- Facilitate onboarding processes for weekend contract workers
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize weekend hiring strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven track record placing candidates in weekend/shift roles
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Austin market knowledge preferred
- Ability to work independently on weekends
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional candidate meetups
