Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across Oklahoma City's healthcare, industrial, and professional sectors
- Conduct virtual and in-person candidate interviews with weekend flexibility
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, onboarding, and placement coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local job seekers and hiring managers
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and ensure compliance with staffing regulations
- Meet weekly KPIs for placements and candidate quality metrics
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and client partners
- Collaborate with weekday recruiters to ensure seamless candidate handoffs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs and quotas
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Oklahoma City's labor market and industry landscape
