Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across multiple client locations in Long Beach area
- Screen and schedule qualified candidates for temporary and part-time weekend positions
- Manage candidate onboarding and orientation processes for weekend shifts
- Act as primary point of contact for clients and candidates during weekend hours
- Resolve staffing issues and provide real-time support to field teams
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS system and prepare weekend staffing reports
- Collaborate with weekday recruiters to ensure consistent service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment or customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
