Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for 15-20 client locations across Memphis
- Process payroll documentation and timesheets for temporary staff
- Conduct onboarding sessions for weekend contractors
- Resolve urgent staffing issues via 24/7 on-call rotation
- Maintain accurate staffing databases and compliance records
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure seamless workflow continuity
- Generate weekly staffing performance reports for client partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruiting experience in Memphis market
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with reliable transportation
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Strong knowledge of Tennessee labor regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-location coordination preferred
- Flexible availability including Saturday/Sunday shifts
