Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across diverse industries (tech, healthcare, events)
- Screen and interview candidates via phone/video for urgent weekend placements
- Process payroll documentation for weekend staff weekly
- Manage client communications for weekend staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations for weekend shifts
- Track staffing metrics and optimize weekend coverage strategies
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless handoffs
Qualifications
- 1+ years in staffing, HR, or customer service role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid California driver's license (client site visits required)
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 7am-5pm)
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Basic knowledge of California labor laws
