Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend-based positions across Denver's key sectors
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Utilize ATS platforms and social recruiting to identify passive talent
- Track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for weekend shift placements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience with emphasis on weekend or shift-based roles
- Proven success in high-volume recruitment within Denver's job market
- Expertise in candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage passive candidates
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Valid Colorado driver's license with reliable transportation for candidate meetings
