Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend and shift-based positions across Columbus
- Conduct phone/in-person interviews and assess candidate skills against client requirements
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records
- Build and nurture relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and clients during weekend hours
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Generate weekly recruitment reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting/staffing experience with shift-based or weekend roles
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm)
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
