Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend and temporary positions across Chicago
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key industry contacts
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from application placement to onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media for talent acquisition
- Provide exceptional service to both candidates and clients during weekend hours

Qualifications
