Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven weekend shift management in high-volume environments
- Expertise in hospitality, event, or entertainment staffing
- Advanced knowledge of Nevada labor laws
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and crisis resolution skills
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
