Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates in night shift positions across logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs and market trends
- Screen applications, conduct background checks, and verify credentials for 24/7 operational roles
- Manage candidate pipelines and job postings on multiple platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, and local job boards
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires including scheduling inductions and document preparation
- Track staffing metrics and provide weekly reports to leadership team
- Collaborate with day shift recruiters to ensure seamless coverage and candidate handoffs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record placing candidates in night shift or 24/7 environments
- Strong knowledge of Memphis TN labor market and local industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
