Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 50+ client partners across Houston metro
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in night shift roles within 48 hours
- Manage real-time scheduling adjustments for last-minute coverage needs
- Conduct quality assurance checks with clients and candidates weekly
- Maintain compliance with federal/state labor regulations for night shift work
- Utilize ATS software to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Build relationships with overnight supervisors at major Houston facilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing/recruitment with night shift specialization
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong conflict resolution skills for high-pressure scenarios
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- OSHA certification for industrial safety (preferred)
- Experience with E-Verify and I-9 compliance
