Responsibilities
- Execute daily tasks assigned by site supervisors, including picking, packing, and loading materials efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as required by the role.
- Adhere to all company policies, attendance requirements, and quality control standards.
- Complete and submit accurate timecards and daily reports on time.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy for time tracking and reporting systems.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
