Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Identify, screen, and interview qualified candidates for weekend temporary and contract positions.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules and manage placements for clients requiring weekend coverage.
- Onboarding: Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to ensure they are prepared and compliant with company policies.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on candidate availability and job status.
- Market Analysis: Research local market trends to help shape our staffing strategies for the weekend workforce.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative coordination.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
