Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing operations for healthcare, industrial, and event clients across Sacramento
- Screen and onboard qualified candidates through virtual interviews and background checks
- Manage real-time scheduling adjustments and emergency staffing requests
- Maintain precise workforce documentation in ATS systems and compliance records
- Build strategic partnerships with local businesses to understand evolving talent needs
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with weekend staff and implement improvement plans
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize weekend shift efficiency and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing coordination or similar client-facing role
- Proven weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6 AM - 6 PM)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Strong Sacramento market knowledge in healthcare/logistics sectors
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Valid California driver's license for client site visits
