Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, tech, and finance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with Philadelphia-based employers
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with ideal roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media for proactive candidate sourcing
- Drive weekly placements to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment strategies and market trends
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting or sales experience in staffing or talent acquisition
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet sales or placement targets
- Proficiency with recruitment software and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
