Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in immediate-need positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers and job seekers
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles

Qualifications
