Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for entry-level positions
- Build relationships with local businesses and hiring managers
- Post job openings across multiple recruitment platforms
- Conduct phone screenings and initial candidate assessments
- Update applicant tracking systems with candidate data
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
- Participate in weekly team strategy meetings
Qualifications
