- Manage weekend candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding processes
- Coordinate temporary staffing placements across healthcare, logistics, and light industrial sectors
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and ATS documentation

- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools in Southern California

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing or recruitment experience
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
