- Match qualified candidates with weekend shift positions in healthcare, logistics, and hospitality sectors
- Conduct phone screenings and virtual interviews on Saturdays and Sundays
- Manage candidate databases and update applicant tracking systems in real-time
- Coordinate with clients to understand weekend staffing requirements and preferences
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during weekend operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and client partners
Qualifications
- Previous staffing/recruitment experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
