Responsibilities
- Manage weekend candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding processes
- Coordinate urgent staffing requests for healthcare, logistics, and event industries
- Build and maintain relationships with weekend shift candidates
- Utilize ATS systems to track applicant data and job requisitions
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools in Atlanta
- Collaborate with full-time recruiters to ensure continuity of service
- Prepare weekly staffing reports for client stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Strong weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Atlanta's labor market and weekend workforce trends
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
