Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for weekend shift positions across Seattle's retail, hospitality, and logistics sectors
- Manage weekend onboarding and orientation for new temporary employees
- Coordinate client needs with weekend staffing assignments in real-time
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Source passive candidates through weekend job fairs and community events
- Provide weekend support to temporary employees and client managers
- Generate weekly performance reports for weekend operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or recruitment experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Workday
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport in diverse settings
- Valid Washington State staffing license and background clearance
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
- Knowledge of Seattle's weekend economy and seasonal hiring trends
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 10 PM)
