Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates into overnight positions across Minneapolis metro area
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 24/7 operations including healthcare facilities, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants
- Build and maintain relationships with overnight shift managers at partner organizations
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for night shift hires including background checks and credential verification
- Monitor staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for overnight coverage
- Provide 24/7 support to placed candidates and client supervisors during shift transitions
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill overnight positions using niche job boards and community partnerships
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment/staffing experience with emphasis on shift-based or industrial roles
- Proven track record of filling overnight positions in healthcare, logistics, or manufacturing
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates during unconventional hours
- Strong knowledge of Minneapolis labor market and local talent pipelines
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule including occasional overnight coverage for urgent placements
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean driving record for client site visits
