Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 15+ client accounts
- Screen and qualify candidates for night shift positions across tech, healthcare, and warehousing
- Manage real-time scheduling adjustments using our proprietary ATS platform
- Conduct onboarding sessions for night shift employees
- Resolve urgent staffing issues during overnight hours
- Collaborate with clients to optimize shift coverage and compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing/recruitment with night shift experience
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (Workday/Bullhorn preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills during high-pressure scenarios
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible overnight schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
