Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment during overnight shifts
- Operate industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified training
- Maintain safety protocols and report workplace hazards immediately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Complete accurate documentation and reporting using digital inventory systems
- Train and mentor new temporary staff on company procedures
- Optimize workflow efficiency to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in night shift or warehouse environments
- OSHA Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
