Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift positions across San Antonio's key industries
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and background checks for weekend placements
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for immediate weekend staffing needs
- Manage client relationships to understand weekend shift requirements and staffing goals
- Coordinate candidate onboarding and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Utilize ATS systems to track placements and optimize recruitment workflows
- Collaborate with full-time team to ensure seamless handover of weekend operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proven ability to source candidates for time-sensitive weekend positions
- Exceptional communication skills with bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency preferred
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent assignments
- Knowledge of San Antonio's labor market and shift-based industries
