Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for diverse client positions across tech, healthcare, and administrative sectors
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates using our ATS platform
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Ensure compliance with EEO regulations and staffing industry standards
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in Austin
- Support recruitment campaigns through social media and job board outreach
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with data entry capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
