Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for diverse client roles across California
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and industry partners
- Manage candidate pipelines through our ATS system with precision
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and opportunities
- Facilitate interview logistics and coordinate onboarding processes
- Track key metrics and contribute to team performance goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred but not required)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn recruitment software
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
