Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for 20+ client accounts across Dallas-Fort Worth
- Screen and qualify candidates through phone/video interviews and assessments
- Manage real-time staffing schedules and resolve urgent client requests
- Process payroll documentation and maintain compliance records
- Build relationships with local businesses to expand staffing opportunities
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Conduct onboarding for weekend staff and ensure orientation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience in Dallas market
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in ATS platforms (Workday, Bullhorn, or Greenhouse)
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Strong knowledge of Dallas-Fort Worth business sectors
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification preferred
- Weekend availability: Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM-6 PM)
