Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate weekend staffing schedules for multiple clients.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews over the phone or in-person.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new temporary staff members.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and scheduling software.
- Build and maintain relationships with local business clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in staffing, HR, or customer service is a plus.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (or specific weekend blocks).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and MS Office.
- Reliable transportation is required.
