Job Summary
As a Weekend Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our staffing operations. You will identify, screen, and place top-tier talent across various industries, ensuring our clients receive the best candidates available.
Responsibilities
- Conduct active sourcing and recruiting activities on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Screen incoming resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Update candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain relationships with local Sacramento businesses to understand their staffing needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and orientation for new hires.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or a similar field is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
