Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential candidates via phone, email, and social media.
- Screen and interview applicants to assess skills and cultural fit for various roles.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules for new weekend hires to ensure seamless integration.
- Collaborate with account managers to meet client placement goals and deadlines.
- Foster strong relationships with local businesses to identify staffing needs.
- Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and high-volume environments.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
