Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person screening interviews for temporary and permanent placement candidates.
- Manage and maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers for our client partners.
- Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork and compliance requirements are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving staffing needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to job seekers and employers alike.
- Support the recruitment team with market research and trend analysis.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related software.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry.
