Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person screening interviews for weekend shift candidates.
- Manage and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for urgent weekend roles.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for selected weekend staff members.
- Assist with payroll and time-tracking for temporary workers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a regular basis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
