Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule weekend shifts for temporary and contract workers.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to ensure quality matches.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of employee timesheets and payroll data.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand staffing needs and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new weekend staff.
- Monitor workforce availability and adjust assignments to meet client demands.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or HR preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, HR, or administrative support is highly valued.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
