- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across 15+ client locations
- Onboard and train temporary staff on company protocols
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and coverage issues in real-time
- Conduct daily performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate staffing records and client communication logs
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless transition of responsibilities
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing or workforce management
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Kronos, ADP)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends (Sat-Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
