Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for 15+ clients in healthcare, logistics, and retail sectors
- Manage real-time scheduling adjustments and last-minute coverage requests
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for weekend staff members
- Monitor staffing performance metrics and report weekly insights
- Liaise between clients and temporary employees to ensure seamless operations
- Resolve staffing conflicts with proactive problem-solving approaches
- Maintain accurate documentation of staffing assignments and payroll data
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing coordination or scheduling experience
- Proficiency in workforce management software (e.g., Kronos, ADP Workforce)
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making abilities
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (required for some client assignments)
- Proven track record in meeting staffing KPIs and client satisfaction goals
