Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms to attract top talent.
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate and schedule face-to-face interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Assist in the onboarding process for temporary employees to ensure a smooth transition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their staffing needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
